- Duplicate Transactions: If a payment is mistakenly processed more than once.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

- Incorrect chassis number submissions by the user.
- Situations where the report is successfully delivered and accurate based on available data.
3. Refund Process
You may request a refund for your order within 7 business days, provided it falls under the conditions mentioned above. The deadline for requesting a refund is 7 days from the date of payment.
